The Teton Range rises abruptly from the valley of Jackson Hole in Wyoming, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort skis its southern end, with the biggest continuous vertical in the United States and a reputation for steep terrain.

In our record the resorts here average about 15 snowy days at mid-mountain in February and March and 13 to 14 in December, January and April.
