About Sun Peaks

Sun Peaks is about 56 km from Kamloops, in a municipality of the same name. The ski area opened as Tod Mountain in 1961 and was renamed Sun Peaks in 1993.

The resort reports 4,400 acres of terrain across Tod Mountain, Sundance Mountain and Mt. Morrisey, making it the second largest ski area in Canada. The highest lift, the Burfield chair, reaches 2,080 m.
