Graian Alps snow forecast

No snow is expected at any of the 7 places in Graian Alps in the next 7 days.

Where the snow is

The Graian Alps straddle the French-Italian border south of Mont Blanc, and their French side, the Tarentaise valley in Savoie, holds the densest concentration of big, high ski resorts in the world: Val d’Isère and Tignes, the Trois Vallées of Courchevel, Méribel and Val Thorens, and Paradiski’s Les Arcs and La Plagne.

In our record the resorts here average about 13 snowy days at mid-mountain in December, January and March, and 11 in February and April.

When it snows

Most resorts open in early to mid-December; Tignes and Val d’Isère open in late November on the back of their glaciers and run into May.
